UAF Tuition Assistance Program

Once children are approved and a deposit has been paid, families facing difficulties paying the full tuition fees may apply for the UAF Financial Aid Program through Blackbaud Financial Aid (BBFA).

The Financial Aid Committee determines all Financial Aid Awards based on specific eligibility criteria, including:
  • Family Income
  • Academic Performance
  • Discipline Record
  • Grade level
  • Tuition Payment History
Families applying for Financial Aid must complete the online Family Financial Aid application through the Blackbaud Financial Aid website and upload all required documents. Applications without supporting documents will not be considered for financial aid. Please note that, as a family’s financial situation may change, it is necessary to apply for aid each year. Additionally, families must apply for any applicable scholarships before applying for financial aid.

  • Financial Aid Application Deadline: April 30, 2025
  • Non-refundable Processing Fee: $45 for standard applications; $55 for business-related applications.
Upon recommendation from BBFA and according to the criteria adopted by the school for scholarship grants, the Scholarship Committee will decide on the eligibility of applicants and the amount of aid they receive. Due to limited funds, financial aid and the amount awarded will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis. Parents will also be required to volunteer for at least 20 hours per year.
Please note that receiving financial aid in previous years does not guarantee an award or the same amount for the current year.
